Ruthie Allyson Werner (RAW) is a visionary designer and one of Colorado’s treasured artists.  She has an eye for 'places and spaces' and she brings life into everything she gets her hands on.  Her passion for color and use of texture are the signature of her refined, simple style.   Ruthie graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in studio art and then went on to earn a masters in counseling and art therapy.  She now spends most of her time raising young kids, designing and remodeling homes and painting her next masterpiece:) Her work is inspired by artists such as Rothko, Picasso and even her own mother, DJ Donovan Johnson (an award winning artist from Boulder, co).  look around and you might find a 'raw' painting or design in your local gallery, coffee shop or maybe even in a friend's home.  Ruthie is truly making her mark on the world and in her community.
